I was really surprised by the comfortable and clean room at Chase The Wild Goose. The bathroom, conveniently located next door, was also super clean. The shared kitchen provided the option to cook my own meals, and the 2-pound breakfast was a great value. The staff member who greeted me upon arrival was friendly and provided clear explanations. The location of the hotel was in a nice area with plenty to explore nearby.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - it was situated in a quiet district outside of town, but still conveniently close to the train station. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a perfect bathroom that had all the basic amenities. The double deck beds were a unique touch, providing extra space. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a fantastic bonus, served with care and delicious options to choose from.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Nevis activities, which is perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff is very service-minded, and the rooms are well-maintained with lovely shared bathrooms. The breakfast included is delicious and a great value for money.

Convenient location next to the canal and railway station. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Self-service breakfast available at a reasonable price. A variety of vegan food options available in the nearby cafes.

Great location, close to amenities and key attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with laundry services. the hostel was tidy and everything was in working order.
The lack of a women's only toilet and cleanliness issues with the toilets were disappointing. the bunk beds were not suitable for taller individuals, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

Wonderful staff. Great kitchen. Borrowable tupperware. Perfect location. Very nice view. Close to transportation. Clean and comfortable. B&B feel.

The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding Munros. It was convenient to have a bus stop just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed for cooking, as well as providing breakfast options of cereals, toast, and spreads.
The bunk beds in the rooms were not very comfortable.

The location is ideal for those who want to be close to pubs, restaurants, and the village. Getting there is also easy, and it only cost £8 for a ride from the central station. the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are tidy and reasonably spacious. the hostel has a well-furnished kitchen, and breakfast is included. Plus, the staff members are helpful and friendly.
Some guests felt that the hostel was a bit crowded and that the dining area was small.

The hostel offered a good value for money during the Christmas period. The free breakfast was a bonus, which helped to start the day off right. The kitchen facilities were clean and spacious, perfect for preparing meals. The location of the hostel was peaceful, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the common areas were cozy, which made socializing with other guests fun.
The hostel had its drawbacks. The general maintenance of the place was poor, as one of the two showers was not working.
